For founders

You don’t know
which door to open next.

Is it the product? The marketing? Your sales strategy, the narrative, your positioning – or some combination of all of it? You’re paralysed by the options, your cash is sunk in inventory, and you can’t afford to open the wrong door. Get Clarity is a small cohort that helps you find the right one first, so your next move is the one that actually works.

Sound familiar?

Everyone has an answer. That’s half the problem.

Ask ten people why growth has stalled and you’ll get ten different answers.

Spend more on ads. Rebrand. Fix the funnel. Drop the price. Add a product. Cut a product.

None of them are lying. They’re each just pointing at the door they happen to stand in front of.

So you try a little of everything, spread yourself thin, and nothing quite moves - while the one question that would tell you where to push sits there unanswered.

The cost of guessing

Doing nothing has a price.
So does guessing wrong.

Every month it stays stuck, the plateau quietly bills you - cash trapped in stock, momentum lost, ground handed to the brand next to you.

And a wrong guess costs more: months and money poured into the one door that was never the problem.

Right now, the most expensive thing you can do is keep guessing.

Results, in their own words

“We fixed our pricing and range, then cut two channels we didn’t need.”

Natasha · Founder, D2C brand · Spain

“We stopped three time-wasters and doubled down on the one channel that actually worked.”

John · Founder, clothing brand · New York

“I came in overwhelmed with options. This helped me see what actually mattered, and where to focus first.”

Stephen · Partner, supplement brand · London

“We raised our price, simplified the range, and improved conversion.”

Tania · Founder, beauty brand · Australia

How Get Clarity works

So many options.
So little time (and money).

No guessing. No checklist to puzzle over alone. Because opening the wrong door only costs you more time and money.

We put your product on the table and work through it together, one honest question at a time, until the thing holding it back stops hiding.

The questions sound simple. Answering them honestly is where it gets interesting:

  • Who is this really for?
  • Do I really know who it’s for?
  • Is my product a nice to have, or a need to have?
  • How do I differentiate my product from my competitors?
  • Does the packaging pass the 3 second rule?
  • Am I selling it where my customers actually look?
  • Am I charging what it’s worth, or leaving money on the table?

Most founders trip on one of these. That’s your door - sometimes it’s one, sometimes it’s a few. Fix what’s really holding it back, and everything downstream - the ads, the sales, the growth you’ve been chasing - stops feeling like pushing water uphill.

Inside Get Clarity

A small room, and a clear way through.

Every intake is kept deliberately small, so nobody hides at the back and every product gets real attention.

And you’ll never share the room with a direct competitor - only one brand per category makes each cut, so you can be completely open.

We meet on a live call every week for six weeks. No pre-recorded videos to watch alone at 11pm. You show up, we work, you leave with something to do.

  • First, we find your door.We run your product through the questions until the real problem stops hiding.
  • Then we fix it.Week by week, you rebuild the one thing that’s actually holding you back - with the room, and me, pushing your thinking.
  • You leave with a product that pulls. And the eye to spot the next door yourself, long after the cohort ends.

It’s not a course you watch. It’s a room you work in.

Find what’s holding you back.

Is this you?

Get Clarity isn’t for everyone. On purpose.

It’s for you if

  • You’ve got a real product and real customers - past the starting line, not on it.
  • Sales have stalled, or you’ve taken it as far as you can on your own.
  • You’re ready to be honest about your product, even the bits you’re proud of.
  • You’ll do the work between calls, not just watch and nod.

It’s not for you if

  • You’re still at the idea stage, or pre-launch.
  • You want a shortcut handed to you without touching the product itself.
  • You’re after more ads, more hacks, more noise - not a better answer.

If the first list sounds like you, the next cohort might have your name on it. There’s only one seat per category, so it won’t wait.

Already know your product’s ready, and just need to get it stocked? That’s a different job - and it’s exactly what Get On The Shelf is for.

Who you’d be working with

I’ve been on your side of this.

I’m Reuben. You can call me Mr Mustard.

I’m the founder of Mustard - the pop-art design brand you’ll find in shops across the UK and beyond. Twenty years in, I’ve built my own brands and made ranges for high-street names you’d know.

I’ve also lost money and time, and had the sleepless nights - pushed and pulled from one decision to the next, never quite sure which one was right. So I know exactly where you’re standing.

The difference now is I know how to find the door that matters - and that’s the whole of what I’ll help you do: work out what’s really holding your product back, and fix it.

The way in

The right door could be two minutes away.

No lengthy form. No commitment. No price to flinch at yet.

Just a few quick questions - two minutes, honestly - to tell us both whether there’s a fit.

Worst case, you’ve spent two minutes. Best case, you finally find what’s been holding you back.

Come to the first week. If it’s not what you expected, tell me and I’ll refund you in full, no questions.

After that we’re in it together - because by week two you’ll know what’s actually been holding you back, and I can’t un-teach you that.

Start below

I read every application myself and always reply. Places are limited, one brand per category, so I can’t promise everyone a spot - only that I’ll give yours a proper look.

Ready to get the house in order?

A few quick questions. Two minutes, tops - it tells us both whether there's a fit.
